Should There be women's Duties as women?

I have actually posted the translated version of a famous poem by a poet called Akiko Yosano on Twitter. She was very popular during the Taisho era(1912~1926). She was not so well-known as a women's rights activist, but I believe that the feelings which are transmitted from her ardent or passionate words that are in the lines of poems or Tanka(31 Japanese alphabet poems) that she created are something common that we can picture in our mind beyond the generations.
The number of poems and Tanka she created throughout her life was approximately 50,000. She is also well-known for translating the classical Japanese literature, "The Tale of Genji," which Lady Murasaki Shikibu wrote into modern-style Japanese in those days.
