DON'T TOUCH "MY" BODY, "OUR" BODY
(Archive April 3rd, 2024) -Hamas' atrocity against women and a war on terror
After Soussana's story was out in a New York Times article, there was another woman who appeared in public to speak her experience of sexual abuse on . Her name is Moran Stela Yanai. The above is the photo from TikTok posted by terrorists, laughing at her as "a whore" in Arabic, and told her to beg for her life. This is amoral to make a woman "beg for life" in a way that men want and laugh at her that she's a whore in Arabic or any language in this world. I saw the interrogation of Hamas members who raped Israeli women. What they understood was not enough. They do not understand what they did to Israeli women on October 7th. And, to Moran Stela Yanai.
Do you all really consider what Yanai was forced to do as an act of resistance?
Probably, some people may wonder why I write about female victims now. I am sorry for all the victims of October 7th but I would like to refrain from telling the reason and keep writing about these strong and brave women.
Moran Stela Yanai is a 40-year-old jewelry designer feeling sorry for the women and girls who are left behind in Gaza now. She was a hostage but one of the survivors of the Supernova music festival. Approximately 350 people were brutally murdered at the music festival by Hamas on October 7th, and I have a French-Israeli friend whose cousin was also murdered.
I can't tell what kind of conversation I had with him, but no one wants to talk about what the last moment of the beloved relatives was like. It's truly a blessing to know and learn about the survivors. Yanai was released after 54 days of captivity and had to recover from her physical trauma. There is an article from Ynet news of her recovery from her physical trauma.
