Dialogue 2 IDF Army Reserve Col. Ran Zamir X Hannah Klein

Civilization against the terrorist organizations in Gaza

I invited Col. (Reserve) Ran Zamir to talk about the judicial reform and some topics related to the situation in Gaza. This may sound a little radical, but I’m very surprised by a situation in Gaza, especially regarding Hamas fighters and the terrorists who commit the worst atrocities on October 7th.

Col. (Reserve) Zamir discusses the nature of Hamas from a more realistic view, rather than a theoretical or hypothetical perspective. What is fighting Hamas about? Hamas is not a nation. It’s a terrorist organization within the Muslim Brotherhood.

I’d like to add here that Israel is a democratic nation, founded with democratic principles of “freedom” and “hope.” The Jewish people deserve to have freedom from Antisemitism and have the right to have their own nation based on their historical “attribution.”

Japanese news media “tend to” discuss what Al Jazeera shares. I’ll just refer to as “tend to.” If you listen to the news about the Middle East, the state-sponsored media reads out Al Jazeera, the Qatari media. I don’t have words, but Al Jazeera is an infamous Qatari media that has been banned even in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Jordan, and many Muslim nations.

*I didn’t want to interrupt Col. (Reserve) Zamir on my view about Japan. However, I’m far less optimistic about the national security of Japan than he stated here.

I think people will be able to understand why Hamas must be eradicated. And what Hamas is doing. Terrorists who operate in Gaza use schools and other public facilities to protect themselves, but instead they fire rockets from schools and the public facilities, which are for civilians.

Col. (Reserve) Zamir discussed President Trump’s view on Hamas in Gaza on this podcast. Secretary Rubio arrived in Israel today, on September 14th, 2025(the day I updated this podcast). I realized how much the outsiders don’t understand the threats that Israel has been facing because of terrorism. It’s important to pay attention to the discussion on what will happen in the timeline against Hamas. The Japanese media are discussing that “the post-Netanyahu era” will be the focus.

Secretary Rubio firmly showed the U.S. commitment to its friend and the most important ally, Israel, on September 14th, 2025.
