It’s been a while since I’ve written here, and I want to start with that instead of pretending otherwise.

The last stretch has been full — full in the way that doesn’t leave much room for anything else. Life has a way of asking for your full attention sometimes, and when it does, the writing is usually the first thing to go quiet. Not because it stopped mattering, but because there wasn’t space left to give it.
